Communication-skills evidence for NBA, NAAC and NIRF reports

TalkDrill lets a college map its seven skill families to course outcomes once, then export CO/PO attainment and NBA, NAAC, NIRF and AICTE appendix tables, each with its denominators and sources. The exports are labelled as evidence for faculty and IQAC review, not as a compliance claim.

What the console records and exports

CO/PO and accreditation exports

Map the seven skills to your course outcomes once, then export CO/PO attainment and NBA, NAAC, NIRF and AICTE appendix tables, each with its denominators and sources — labelled as evidence for faculty and IQAC review, not a compliance claim.

Batch reports, a weekly email and CSV

Per batch: who joined, started and finished, baseline against latest, weakest skills and drop-off, plus a pilot evaluation across the rollout. A weekly email covers readiness movement, who is at risk and classes coming up, and every table exports to CSV.

Attendance and participation

Attendance and participation scores from classes and practice slots, taken from actual time in the room, shown apart from skill scores.

Placement outcomes beside readiness

After each drive, the outcome recorded for each student sits next to the readiness band they were in.

What the exports are not

They are not a compliance certificate. Every table carries its denominators and sources so faculty and the IQAC can check it, and whether and where to file it is the institution’s decision.

There is no direct connection to an ERP or accreditation portal today; the tables export, and the institution files them.

Questions placement cells ask

Does TalkDrill make a college NBA or NAAC compliant?

No. The exports are evidence for faculty and IQAC review, each table with its denominators and sources. Compliance is the institution’s judgement.

Which NBA programme outcome covers communication?

PO9 in NBA’s 2025 SAR format, which has eleven programme outcomes. In the earlier twelve-outcome list it was PO10.

Can TalkDrill records be used under NAAC metric 5.1.3?

Metric 5.1.3 covers capacity building in soft skills and language and communication skills. The batch reports, attendance and participation records are the kind of evidence colleges file there; whether to file them is the IQAC’s decision.

Can we use our own course outcomes?

Yes. You map the seven skill families to your own course outcomes once, and attainment is computed against them.

What formats do the exports come in?

Tables you can download, and every table in the console also exports to CSV. There is no direct connection to an ERP or portal today.
