Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TalkDrill ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
TalkDrill is a speaking practice platform available on web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and mobile apps. It provides AI-powered conversation practice, peer-to-peer learning sessions, expert consultations, and progress tracking for language learners and speaking skill improvement.
Free Trial Terms
TalkDrill offers a free trial to allow users to experience the platform before signing up:
- The free trial provides a 3-minute AI conversation per unique user per 24 hours
- Free trial usage is tracked by IP address to prevent abuse
- No account or payment information is required for the free trial
- Free trial features may differ from paid subscription features
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

All content provided through TalkDrill, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TalkDrill or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service but grant TalkDrill a license to use, store, and process such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Some features of TalkDrill may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or making a payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Pay all charges incurred
- Accept that subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
- Understand that refunds are subject to our refund policy
Privacy and Data Protection

We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize TalkDrill to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TalkDrill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
