About the role
What you will do
Script, shoot and edit short videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) on spoken English, interview answers, group discussions and everyday conversation.
Turn real moments from the product, like an AI practice call or a scored report, into content people save and share.
Write captions, carousels and community posts in English and Hindi.
Brief and support the creators who join our Creator Partner Programme.
Check what each post did (views, saves, clicks, sign-ups from your links) and make more of what works.
Who we are looking for
Clear, confident English on camera. Confidence matters more than a perfect accent.
Comfortable speaking Hindi as well, for the many learners who start in Hindi.
A portfolio: links to videos you have made. Your own page counts.
You can edit on a phone or a laptop (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, anything).
A good sense of what makes someone stop scrolling.
Nice to have
You have made education or career content before.
Motion graphics or thumbnail design.
You can also create in another Indian language.
