About the role
What you will do
Make welcome calls to people who just signed up and help them take their first practice session.
Answer common questions about logging in, plans and payments, and pass harder ones to the team.
Call learners who have stopped practising, ask what got in the way and help them restart.
Note what people tell you, so the product team hears it.
Pass people who are ready to buy to the sales team.
Who we are looking for
Clear Hindi and comfortable spoken English.
Patient and polite on the phone, even on the tenth call of the hour.
A smartphone, a quiet place to work and a stable internet connection.
Freshers are welcome.
Nice to have
Telecalling or customer support experience.
Another Indian language.
