Shipping and delivery are not applicable for TalkDrill as our services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped, and access to our platform is provided online immediately after purchase.
Digital Delivery Process
Once your payment is confirmed, your TalkDrill account is automatically activated. You will receive an email confirmation that includes your invoice, the package or subscription you have purchased, and step-by-step instructions on how to start using our AI-powered speaking practice tools. In most cases, this process is completed within a few minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours in rare circumstances such as high-volume traffic or payment gateway delays.
Service Availability
Your subscription or one-time purchase grants you 24×7 access to the TalkDrill web application from anywhere in the world, subject to scheduled maintenance windows which are typically communicated in advance. Because delivery is electronic, there are no geographic shipping restrictions or additional shipping fees.
Taxes & Currency
All prices displayed on TalkDrill are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Because no physical goods are dispatched, customs duties or import taxes do not apply.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive access credentials or experience any delay in activation after completing the payment, please:
